Residential building
The site comprises a building connected to two properties. It consists of three stories above ground, one under-roof level, and one underground level. The building is treated with modern materials and colors, incorporating various colors and textures of polymer plaster. Its dynamic architectural appearance is achieved through a combination of flat roofs at different levels, along with decorative beams. Additional elements include decorative frames around the windows and openwork metal railings.
